Exams

The Exam Module manages exam terms and grade ranges within a system. It includes adding new exam term and grades ranges, editing existing ones, and deleting them.

Clicking on Exams in the side navigation menu displays the exam term in the dropdown, as shown below.

Exam Term Management

Holds all the information about exam term. The exam term information found in this database can be updated or deleted.

Clicking on Exam Term displays Exam Term Information page.

Adding an Exam Term

To add an exam term, click Add Exam Term to display the form and fill in the required information.

After clicking the Add button, a pop-up message will appear confirming that the exam schedule has been submitted successfully. Click OK to exit.

Click Exam Term List. The added exam term will appear on the list.

Searching Exam Term

To search for an exam term, click on the search box, type the exam term, and the record will be displayed as shown below.

Updating an Exam Term

To edit an exam term, click on Exam Term List, find the edit icon next to the term you wish to modify, and click on it.

After making changes, click the Save button to update the term information in the list.

Deleting an Exam Term

To delete an exam term, find the delete icon next to the term and click on it.

Click the Delete button to confirm the deletion of the term. You will notice that the selected term is removed from the list.

Grade Range Management

Holds all the information about grade range. The grade range information found in this database can be updated or deleted.

Clicking on Grade Distribution displays Grade Range Information page.

Adding Grade Range

To add a new grade range, click Add Grade Range. The form will appear. Enter the required information, click the Add Grade button to include additional grade details, and then click the Save button when finished.

A pop-up message will confirm successful addition. Click Ok to exit.

The grade range will automatically be added to the Grade Range List.

Searching Grade Range List

If the user wants to search for a specific grade range , they should click on the search box, type the grade range name, and press Enter.

Updating Grade Range

To edit a grade range , the user needs to navigate to the Grade Range List, locate the grade range name they wish to edit, and click the edit icon next to it.

After making the necessary changes, the user must click the Save button to update the grade range information.

Deleting Grade range

To delete a grade range, the user should locate the delete icon next to the grade range they wish to remove and click on it.

The user will then need to confirm the deletion by clicking the Delete button in the confirmation dialog.

Finally, the user can review the updated list to verify that the grade name has been removed, as shown below.
